Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts and customer stakeholders
Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales
Oversee customer account management, including contract negotiations and order processing
Required Qualifications
3-5 years in client-facing account management or sales support
Background in technology, IT solutions, or channel distribution preferred
Proven success managing multiple accounts with strategic focus
Experience with quoting tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination is a plus
