Job Summary : This is an at-home position.
Post Entry Researchers have direct contact with importers, shippers, and / or consignees to obtain essential information needed for Post Entry claims and to secure pertinent details on importing commodities. They will document their contact with the customer and the information they obtain in UPS proprietary systems to be used by the claim filer to submit the dispute to US Customs. They may also work directly with US Customs officers on other types of disputes as necessary and will be trained on the filing processes after demonstrating proficiency and understanding of the research responsibilities and overall Post Entry function.
