Chronos Operations, LLC is seeking a Training Developer to be responsible for developing courseware and support in-person and virtual cyber training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities related to various training and educational programs for an organization.
• Study and identify individual or group training needs, and administer plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain a range of training products, including instructor-led training (ILT) materials, virtual instructor-led training (VILT) guides, e-learning modules, and hands-on lab exercises.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning objectives and course content.
• Work with cyber security experts to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of course content, incorporating real-world examples and the latest threat intelligence.
• Support the delivery of both in-person and virtual training sessions, which may involve assisting instructors with logistics, classroom management, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize and manage learning management systems (LMS) to deploy content, manage courses, and track learner progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and maintain training relevance.
• Use multimedia authoring tools to create interactive and visually appealing learning materials.
• Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Stay current with cyber security industry trends, training best practices, and new educational technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
