Job Location : Pasadena, TX 77505

Job Duties :

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms, to identify and engage high-quality candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess skill levels and cultural fit
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide talent solutions
• Oversee pre-employment assessments, background checks, and compliance-related documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the Bullhorn system, ensuring seamless workflow and data integrity
• Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies
• Meet and exceed recruiting targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience
• Represent Integrity Trade Services at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences
