Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating resolutions with internal teams
Prepare and manage applications and renewal materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with the Brokerage Operations team to fulfill servicing tasks and monitor outstanding client requests
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in insurance or professional services
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
