Compliance Analyst

This job is about working with data and suppliers to make sure they follow the company's shipping rules. You'll collect and clean up data from different sources so it's accurate and useful. You'll also help suppliers understand and follow the rules for shipping products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contact suppliers who aren't following the shipping rules.
• Find out why they're not following the rules and help fix the problems.
• Teach suppliers how to use a system called MercuryGate to enter shipping info correctly.
• Track which suppliers are following the rules and which still need help.
• Report on trends—like how supplier behavior changes after you contact them.
• Hold meetings with suppliers who continue to break the rules and give them clear guidance.
• Explain the differences between two types of shipping : Stock and Dropship , and what's required for each.

$30 / hr to $60 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
