Financial Advisor Transition Consultant

This role requires travel 75% of the time. The candidate may be in the following major market cities : Minneapolis, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth.
Partner with branch, complex, and divisional management teams to coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience Assist field leadership throughout the new recruit hiring process- includes new hire requirements and book of business vetting Assist in the onboarding of new FAs, support staff, and clients Assist with integration of the new AOS platform into the onboarding process to accelerate account opening and the transition of client assets to RBC USWM Enhance the client experience by including other US Wealth Management key initiatives into the onboarding process Develop, update, and maintain resources used internally within the team and with the field-such as procedures, templates, checklists, and other resources
Must-have Bachelor's degree or job-related experience Minimum of 1-3 years' experience at a wealth management firm Proven dedication to and focus on client service Strong communication skills Strong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems / future needs, and take ownership Nice-to-have Demonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firm Demonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firm Series 7 and 66 (or ability to attain)
