Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with a global financial services client. This hybrid role supports strategic technology programs, combining Agile facilitation, program delivery, compliance oversight, and executive communications.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills :

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or executive support roles
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in a technology environment
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with JIRA and sprint management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for executive presentations and dashboard design
• Proven ability to support C-level executives and drive large-scale initiatives across AI and technology operations
• Skilled in designing KPI dashboards and using BI tools and Confluence for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Location : Uptown Charlotte

Onsite expectation : Hybrid (based on client expectations)

Pay range : $59.00 - $69.00 / hr W2
