PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into specifications

Design, configure, and implement PeopleSoft HCM modules and perform technical development

Conduct system testing and provide support during testing and production phases

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant or in a similar role

Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer and PeopleCode

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules including Payroll and Benefits

Experience in system implementation and upgrades
