Will serve a Program Security Representative Sr. at the Willow Creek Facility. Individual selected will perform administration of security for programs and administer procedures for classified or proprietary materials and documents. Studies and make suggestions for the implementation of federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Will provide briefing to program personnel relative to security education. Individual will work in capture and proposal processes and security volume writing. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information.
Basic Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills : Proven ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of government security directives : Experience implementing and adhering to 32 CFR, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD, and other relevant government security regulations.
- USG or contractor security experience : Prior experience working with the US Government or as a contractor in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Self-motivated and independent : A self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and address security concerns.
- Government inspection support : Ability to assist in government inspections within the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing security requirements and priorities

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $80,400 - $139,380.
