MDSI is looking for providers to perform physical exams for patients applying for medical disability, these exams are 30 minutes and are extremely negligible risk, with no prescribing, referring, treatment or follow up. The provider is not making the actual disability determination, this is a look alike exam. Our corporate office will take care of all planning and cover all overhead costs, support staff will obtain vitals, history, and any pertinent information before each exam. Our scheduling is completely self-determined, so you choose what days and how often you work. When you do schedule a day with us, we will schedule you for full productive days. We offer professional liability insurance with 10-year tail coverage. Also, the use of our proprietary dictation system for all your exam documentation.

Compensation is done per evaluation basis, and we schedule 4-6 weeks in advance.

The physical exams are scheduled for 30-minutes with brief review of records and dictation.
