Familiarity with both hand and power tools and techniques used in commercial siding. Familiarity with operating equipment used for installing commercial siding. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the trade. Valid Driver's License. Perform commercial installations for various construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Assist in the installation of various construction elements including : James Hardie (panel and lap siding), Nichiha, Metal siding (single skin), Composite wall panels (ACM), Longboard / Knotwood. Other products installed by Wenger : Rain screen systems, Wall insulation systems, Custom sheet metal (flashings / trims / roof edge metal / copings), Standing seam metal roofing, and many others Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily responsibilities. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Utilize tools and equipment effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
