Overview
Antech is seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Manager to focus on executing the short- and long-term vision for Reference Laboratory Services with a focus on Microbiology, Pathology, and Endocrinology. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, collaboration, and deep understanding of veterinary diagnostics and digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate should lead teams, navigate market dynamics, and drive growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth; inform and refine marketing strategies.
Engage with veterinarians and corporate groups to understand needs and tailor marketing strategies.
Strategic Marketing Development : Develop strategies to compete against major industry players, identify unique selling points and value propositions.
Marketing Plan Creation and Execution : Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans for reference laboratory tests and services; set objectives, define target audiences, determine channels, allocate budgets, and measure effectiveness.
Cross Functional Collaboration : Work with Capital Equipment and Products, Preventive Care R&D, Sales Enablement, Marketing, National Accounts and Senior leadership to align strategies; communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Budget Management : Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI.
Education And Experience
Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related; healthcare marketing experience a plus; 3-5+ years in marketing in healthcare / veterinary / diagnostics; proven track record in veterinary / healthcare marketing.
Preferred Qualifications : Advanced degrees (DVM / LVT, MBA); veterinary industry experience; digital marketing tools, analytics, CRM; industry associations; certifications in marketing / digital marketing / project management.

Travel : Yes; Percent of time : 33%
Compensation
Target Pay Range : $97,000 - $125,000 annually. Eligible for annual bonus.
