2 days providing care at the Multispecialty Clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care

Join an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team

The clinic offers a full range of healthcare services to include : primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO Multispecialty Clinic

Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties

System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
