Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and modern automation technologies. Solid project management background with strong cross-team collaboration skills. CAD proficiency (SolidWorks is a plus). $100,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage automation initiatives, ensuring smooth integration with existing operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to production.
- Analyze workflows to uncover bottlenecks, improve layouts, and implement cost-saving solutions.
- Support production teams in driving consistent quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance.
- Design process improvements that increase throughput, cut cycle times, and reduce costs.
- Assist in selecting, installing, and troubleshooting equipment to maximize productivity.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
