Job Summary

Flanagan, Barone & O'Brien, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience to join our growing firm. In this role, you will provide support to attorneys and assist in all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support to attorneys in varied, multi-party litigation areas such as auto, construction, products and premises liability;
• Tracking of litigation and discovery deadlines;
• Draft discovery motions;
• Draft discovery requests, legal documents, discovery responses;
• Assist with trial preparation and trial, including pretrial exchanges and exhibits and motions in limine ;
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, etc. regarding matters you are handling;
• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs;
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review;
• Conduct legal research and investigation;
• Provide general administrative support;
• Communicate with clients and witnesses;
• Attend court sessions and record important information;
• Maintain and update documentation; and
• Assist with discovery requests.
