Senior Procurement Manager

Join the Ecolab Global Indirect Procurement team in St. Paul as a Senior Procurement Manager supporting the Technology Category. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will drive sourcing strategy and enterprise initiatives for a fortune 500 company through the development of strategic business relationships both domestically and internationally. This take-charge leader will lead indirect procurement activities for assigned subcategories, including Supply Chain technology. The strong performer will be recognized as the procurement strategy expert and will collaborate with divisional and functional stakeholders along with suppliers to identify and drive total delivered cost savings, security of supply, innovation, and process improvements. The leader can expect further career advancement with Ecolab and will have the opportunity to lead in other procurement and supply chain leadership roles. What You Will Do :

Effectively develops and communicates strategies, plans, actions and results to leadership and stakeholders
Creates and maintains preferred supplier list for each category
Aligns with the category teams to select suppliers and negotiate agreements
Works closely with stakeholders to understand present & future services requirements
Identifies and develops potential new suppliers and technologies
Manages the TDC (Total Delivered Cost) process for selected Categories
Implements new product sourcing strategies, procurement tools, technology, and processes to improve results & increase efficiencies

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or related field

5+ years' experience in IT or IT procurement

Strong negotiation skills and contracts management experience in Technology and other Indirect categories.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Finance

Experience in leading and driving large scale projects

Strong presentation skills and financial acumen

Ability to indirectly influence and sell ideas

Background in corporate services, vendor relationship management, contracts development, or technology.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range :

The base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
