Coding Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coding transformation initiatives to ensure accuracy and reduce denials

Drive denial management and recovery through analysis and appeals workflows

Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate coding requirements and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with direct coding responsibilities; behavioral health coding preferred

Deep knowledge of behavioral health coding guidelines, CPT / ICD coding, and payor-specific requirements

Proven ability to improve KPIs related to denial rates and coding coverage

Experience in building structure in fast-growth settings and adapting processes as needed

Familiarity with AI and automation opportunities in coding workflows
