Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive communication plans for various security incident types
Coordinate with the incident response team to assess situations and determine communication strategies
Manage internal and external stakeholder messaging, ensuring compliance with regulations and documenting communication activities
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in communications, particularly in crisis or incident communications
Proven track record of developing communication strategies for security incidents
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
Understanding of security incident lifecycle and ability to communicate technical information effectively
