Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and installers to wire and pressure rise High Voltage GIS equipment. Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings to understand installation process and procedure. Keeping a safe and clean installation environment following the Siemens Energy installation guidelines to ensure high quality standards. Precise wiring and pressure rising of High Voltage GIS equipment which requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Highlighting cooperation, working in unity, and fulfilling tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.

How You'll Make an Impact

• The Electrical Supervisor, pivotal for leading all aspects of the installation and testing of High Voltage GIS equipment
• Management of union contractor's resources, motivating, directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
• Active following the lead of wiring / installation processes, procedures, timelines and given schedules
• Evaluation and decision-making regarding wiring / installation procedures, weighing the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to select the most suitable one
