Schedule : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Answer phones, record and manage messages, and alert the Funeral Director of new death calls
• Communicate effectively with families and vendors via email and phone
• Schedule appointments and manage the Funeral Director's calendar
• Assist with administrative details, including logging vital information and preparing service sections
• Draft obituaries and coordinate family approvals
• Place and confirm vendor orders for funeral services
• Help prepare Life Celebration packages for families
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of wakes and funeral services
• Maintain a professional facility environment for visiting families and walk-in clients
