Must-Have :

• Ability to self-study telemetry strips.
• Must pass a basic dysrhythmia test during the first week of assignment.

Description :

The Emergency Room RN is responsible for identifying patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.

Must be able to triage safely, rapidly, and accurately every patient that enters the emergency care system.

RNs coordinate care between other professional disciplines as needed.

Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday are required.

Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
