Compensation : $160,000-$200,000 plus equity. Premium benefits package included.

Minimum Experience Required : 8+ years of backend engineering experience.

Your Impact : As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll define backend architecture and technical strategy. You'll design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems, leading cross-team initiatives and mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities :

Define backend architecture and technical strategy to support our applications and business goals.

Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems that ensure reliability and efficiency.

Lead cross-team initiatives and mentor other engineers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

8+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.

Deep expertise in distributed systems and microservices, with expert knowledge of Python, Go, or Java.

Strong database design and optimization skills to ensure high performance and reliability.

Preferred Skills :

Experience as a technical lead or principal engineer to guide team initiatives and drive technical excellence.

Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications to showcase your expertise and thought leadership.
