to our talented team of architects and designers in our SAN FRANCISCO office. You'll engage in exciting, award-winning projects alongside passionate professionals.

Position Overview

As a

Senior Interior Design Leader , you will play a crucial role in our project teams, overseeing all phases from initial planning and concept development through to construction. Collaborating closely with the Director of Interior Design, you will lead interior design initiatives across multiple projects, mentor design assistants and junior designers, and contribute to business development efforts.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Interior Design.

NCIDQ or CID accreditation (or working towards it).

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Familiarity with visualization software like Enscape or Lumion is preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Active membership in industry and networking organizations such as IIDA.

Experience in developing design concepts and preparing material palettes.

Knowledge of Construction Administration processes, including handling RFI's and submittals.
