Tax Director - Flowthrough (Irvine / Santa Monica / Long Beach)
Base pay range : $180,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr

Requirements :
Licensed CPA6+ years’ experience in public accounting in TaxBS / BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master degree preferred)Licensed CPA or EA certificationExtensive experience with flow-through taxationStrong analytical ability and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive thinking and a strong desire to learnExtensive experience in researching tax issues related to flow-through entitiesResponsibilities :
Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in Real Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and / or Wine industriesManage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality work timely and efficientlyDevelop and deliver innovative financial planning ideas to meet or exceed client expectationsOversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and industriesDevelop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team membersDevelop and mentor tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing leadership and career guidanceWhat you get :

The salary range is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area; a recruiter will provide a range specific to location and qualifications.
