Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5 - 7 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in developing and executing customer advocacy programs
Experience managing customer reviews on platforms like G2 and Trustpilot
Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms like Deeto or Influitive
