Join a thriving practice in Albany, New York! We have up to 2 full-time opportunities for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinology Physician to become part of our established team. This facility focuses on providing exceptional outpatient care, leveraging innovative treatment strategies to help patients manage diabetes and other endocrine disorders. The multi-disciplinary team includes Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators, all dedicated to improving patient quality of life. Job Responsibilities :

• Primarily manage outpatient responsibilities.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 : 10), with additional inpatient coverage only when inpatient providers are off.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate practice needs.
• Utilize cutting-edge diabetes care technology, including insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
• Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for diabetes and other endocrine conditions.
• Oversee specialized services such as complication screening, medication management, foot care, and nutritional counseling.
• Facilitate individual and group education classes for diabetes management.
• Candidates are encouraged to bring innovative ideas to enhance patient care.
