We buy existing homes in and around the central cities in Belgium, make them more energy efficient and make them available for rent. As the landlord of the future, Yally places maximum emphasis on contemporary comfort and on reducing the total housing costs for the tenant. We do this through the integration of smart technologies, printing the energy bill and an all-in service via the online portal Mijn.Yally.be (www.yally.be). From Yally we want to be a sustainable landlord. Along the way, we are overhauling outdated sector structures and focusing on extensive automation of all operational activities. Your role in a nutshell

As an Interior and Content Specialist at Yally, you are responsible for optimizing our apartments and communal areas. You ensure a modern, comfortable and aesthetic upgrade of the buildings within the proposed budget. Your designs and realizations are always an expression of the unique Yally style. In addition, you create and manage communication about our energetic renovations and aesthetic makeovers via various social media channels and the Yally blog, and you put Yally on the (digital) map. You match our ambitions – a comfortable living environment – authentically with the wishes and dreams of our diverse target groups. You feel at home in real estate and speak the language of owner-sellers, architects, suppliers in the renovation market, tenants. Can't check off all the checks? Your drive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn also matter a lot.

Your duties and responsibilities

• Interior design and optimization :

You design and draw interior plans for existing apartments and communal areas with a focus on modern comfort and aesthetics.

You optimize the layout of living spaces to improve both functionality and visual appeal, always within the proposed budget.

You contribute to the aesthetic added value of common parts of the buildings, such as entrances and stairwells, but also to the appearance in the street scene by considering materials and colors.

You work closely with our technical teams to integrate energetic improvements into the interior designs.

You ensure a harmonious balance between energy-saving measures and aesthetic elements.

You create unique and engaging content (via images, visuals or videos) that spotlights the renovations and makeovers of Yally's buildings.

You communicate about energetic improvements, real estate, tenant relations, how to carry out repairs yourself, tips & tricks. You dare to be the public face of Yally.

You manage the content on the Yally website to achieve maximum reach and involvement.

You actively manage Yally's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and respond professionally and adequately to comments, reviews, and contacts via social media.

You strategically plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

You set up sustainable partnerships with suppliers to realize automation, standardization and economies of scale that contribute to Yally's growth and efficiency.

You work with suppliers to select products and services that match the unique Yally style.

You actively contribute to the development and strengthening of Yally's brand identity through consistent styling and presentation in all projects and communications.

Your profile

You have strong skills in interior design with technical knowledge and experience of working within budgetary constraints.

You have a strong affinity with sustainability. Ideally, you have experience with energetic renovations and integrating energy-efficient solutions into interior designs.

Your creativity and eye for detail in designing both private and communal spaces go hand in hand with your attention to budget-oriented solutions.

You have excellent communication skills and know how to clearly convey a strong message to different target groups. You get energy from contacts, both face-to-face, by telephone (because talking works!) and through other channels.

You have experience with content creation and managing digital platforms (website, social media). Knowledge of social media management and SEO principles is a plus.

You are a digital native or good with software applications such as Canva and PowerPoint, with photography and / or videography, in short with everything needed to make something beautiful and fun.

You are hands-on, creative, have plenty of ideas and are already eager to put them into practice.

You are versatile and pragmatic. You can familiarize yourself with different subjects without any problems.

You are naturally efficient and structured.

Good language skills (NL / FR / ENG) is a plus.

40 hour week with 32 days of leave.
