This position will be a travel role supporting communities in Southern Indiana and Ohio!

Majestic Care’s Regional Social Service Consultant is responsible for helping our buildings with assessing, planning, coordinating and implementing services to enhance our resident's social and psycho-social well-being. They will advocate for residents, working with the Executive Director and DNS to obtain the resources necessary to reach each resident's goals.
Essential Responsibilities :
Directly mentor a team to establish and bolster adherence to the structured services provided to the population.
Innovate new processes and collaborate ways of accomplishing department strategies performing at the top level to keep those we serve at the heart of our mission.
Mentor and inspire your team, community care team members, and those around you to provide excellent healthcare to those we serve.
Sustain policies, procedures, and programming leading to accountability across your team.
Operate as a servant leader, serving the staff, family, residents, and other leaders throughout the organization.
Foster professional and personal development of your team members, and guidance to community leaders who are hiring to fill key positions across the enterprise.
Empower others through education and training of duties, priorities and responsibilities resulting in efficient and effective performance improvement.
Drive your team towards survey readiness with federal and local state regulations offering guidance, support, and systemization within this department's responsibility areas.
Participate and actively resolve goals and objectives associated with corrective action plans within QAPI, QA, Plans of Corrections, and individual performance initiatives.
Essential Functions :
Mentor and routinely communicate with your direct care team to sustain policies, procedures, and programming of the department, provide education on new strategies, and collaborate on challenges, opportunities, and actions to mitigate regulatory compliance risk management.
Direct objectively, sustain strategic initiatives as you keep those we serve at the heart of our mission.
Utilize your existing leadership and management skills and take the initiative to learn new strategies to promote excellence through the activity of your team and those care team members you serve.
Remain absorbed and committed to effective directional communication strategies, upwardly, horizontally, and dependently.
Effective and efficient time management to contribute to department work and objectives and enterprise objectives.
Operating every day with engagement and genuine interest in solving challenges, removing barriers, and propelling organizational objects forward successfully.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
Meets equivalent state requirements for social work practice as required by the state in which employed.
One year of social work experience in a long-term care environment, preferred but not required.
One year's supervisory experience in a service setting, preferred but not required.
LSW Preferred
Must be able and willing to travel as needed.
