The Role

As a Ticketing / Client Services Supervisor in the Theaters and Residencies Division at AXS, you will provide front-line, top-notch service and support for our clients at box offices nationwide. This role acts as a relationship manager and tech support; advises, assists, and advocates for ticketing venue partners and provides support for all products and services. Exceptional candidates at the Specialist level are also encouraged to apply.

What Will You Do?

• Assists with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
• Facilitates the sharing of best practices, offering advice on event and promotion configuration.
• Works as a partner with Ticketing Services Managers by developing relationships and a deep understanding of each venue and its unique challenges.
• Acts as an expert on all products / services, remaining current with all new releases.
• Responds to support and services requests from client / venue.
• Troubleshoots and resolves or escalates technical support issues.
• Tracks and reports all client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Assists in monitoring incoming support request and assign associated tasks to members of the staff and provide assistance to Junior Client Services staff.

Pay Scale : $23.17- $31.25 Bonus : This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
