Senior Delivery Manager – Supply Chain Systems

Location : Las Vegas, NV

New Gig Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of enterprise-level supply chain applications. In this role, you'll provide technical and strategic leadership to a distributed team, ensuring critical systems remain secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a distributed team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure enterprise supply chain applications are secure, reliable, and running at peak performance.

Oversee support, enhancements, and operations for ERP, PLM, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and related systems.

Manage service levels for incidents, requests, and projects, anticipating workload needs to stay ahead.

Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.

Drive solution planning and prioritization sessions, ensuring alignment across business units and regions.

Deliver medium-to-large IT projects ($25K–$500K) on time and within budget.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts, ensuring value and SLA performance.

Promote a customer-first approach in IT service delivery.

Champion process improvements through performance metrics, user feedback, and quality management practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Strong track record in IT delivery with a focus on ERP and supply chain systems .

At least 7 years of progressive SDLC experience in ERP, PLM (Teamcenter preferred), WMS, TMS, Quality Management, Demand Planning, and CRM.

Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft or Dell Boomi a plus).

Proven success leading application implementations or upgrades.

Expertise in database management, cloud technologies, and supply chain application ecosystems.

Strong leadership background with experience managing and developing technical teams.
