Production Supervisor – Entry-Level Leadership Role

  • Job Type :  Temp-to-Hire
  • Job Summary :  As a Production Supervisor, you’ll work closely with management to optimize workflow and oversee production associates. You’ll be responsible for monitoring project timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Job Duties :

  • Take direction from management to ensure production goals are met
  • Supervise production associates in accordance with company policy and labor laws
  • Provide feedback to management regarding project timing and challenges
  • Maintain quality and safety standards on the floor
  • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurements to guide production tasks

    • Pay : $25.00 per hour experienced based

    Schedule : 2nd and 3rd shift

    Monday through Friday 3 : 30-11 : 30, 11 : 00am-7 : 00am

    Experience or Skill Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 months of relevant experience or equivalent training
  • Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Basic written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting information to management or small groups
