Senior Software Sales Representative - CCM

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Software Sales Representative at  Cincom,  you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the continued success and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle software sales, strongly emphasizing consultative selling, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners.
• Understanding your market and your territory to be able to identify your customers / prospects needs, pain points, and industry trends. Using this knowledge to identify prospects within your territory.
• Identifying potential partners, who will incorporate our products into their offerings. Nurture, maintain and grow those relationships over years, helping these partners to grow their businesses using our solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospects.  Customers and Partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers.
• Leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
• Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cincom’s software solutions.
• Deliver continued growth of revenue within your assigned territory.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
