BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are PART-TIME and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Erie County, PA.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

• Companion Services

Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

Support the client's goals towards independence in the home and community

Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization
