Handyman / Carpenter

Handyman Position

This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for carpentry, home repairs and delivering outstanding customer service. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary with a heavy carpentry background preferred.

Responsibilities include completing handyman and home improvement projects such as general repairs, flooring, drywall, painting, and a heavy focus on carpentry related jobs. Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks, communicating material and tool needs that arise while working on jobs, and working with clients to provide exceptional customer service.

Skills and requirements include 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred, general labor, and construction experience, hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry, ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems, friendly personality and committed to great customer service, a strong work ethic and highly dependable, able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools, and a valid drivers license.
