Key responsibilities

• Provide support to attorney through all phases
• Data base management of all relevant documents
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
• Research and analyze intricate legal documents
• Foundational knowledge in Estate Law
• Expertise in tax returns
• Proven knowledge of Probate
• Probate & Estate Administration experience desired
• Docketing experience
• Deep understanding of estate planning
• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
• Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
