Overview
Performs personal care and other assigned duties to patients in their home under the guidance and supervision of the skilled nursing staff or therapy staff. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications
Education High school diploma or GED, preferred Licensure : Valid driver's license Certifications Certified Nursing Assistant and / or completion of the Mercy-approved Patient Care Tech Program. CPR certification required but can be obtained after hire Experience Experience in a homecare or nursing facility, preferred
