Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Owasso, Oklahoma

$85k–$95k + up to $10k bonus

This role is for a BCBA who values clarity, structure, and support. You’ll work a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 : 00am–4 : 30pm , giving you predictable hours and balance outside of work. Billables are capped at 110 per month (27.5 per week / 5.5 per day) designed to maintain quality, not overwhelm you.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and overseeing personalised ABA treatment programmes
• Supervising and coaching Behaviour Technicians / RBTs to deliver high-quality care
• Collaborating with families to ensure consistency across home, school, and community settings
• Tracking client progress through data-driven tools and making timely adjustments
• Working closely with a cross-disciplinary team dedicated to children’s long-term success
