Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; Master's preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience in a technical service-related field with at least 7 years in a managerial role
Proven experience implementing AI or intelligent automation solutions in IT service management
Enterprise transformation and change management experience in high-growth environments
Leadership skills supporting globally distributed teams
