Invisible Narratives, the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio, is looking for a Community Manager to help scale a fast-growing slate of creator-led IP. This is a hands-on, front-facing role embedded in the heart of fandoms, creator networks, and YouTube ecosystems — with an equal focus on engagement, creator support, and operational oversight.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the art direction for our cutting-edge media company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of animation and VFX, with a proven track record of creating compelling content for YouTube, television, and film projects. You will lead and inspire a talented creative team, guiding the visual and artistic direction of all projects from concept through to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide creative leadership and art direction for all animated and VFX-driven content, ensuring a high standard of visual quality and innovation.
- Develop and implement the visual style and conceptual framework for each project, adapting and designing in a variety of artistic styles as needed.
- Oversee the entire creative pipeline, from initial storyboarding and concept art to final execution, ensuring that all creative assets are consistent with the project's vision.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 2D and 3D artists, animators, and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Work concurrently on multiple projects for various platforms (YouTube, TV, film) with differing visual requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with producers, writers, and other department heads to align creative strategies with project objectives and brand goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging creative techniques to keep the company at the forefront of visual content production.
- Act as the key stakeholder for all art and design decisions, providing clear, constructive feedback and ensuring all creative work meets project specifications and brand standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of two years of professional experience in a leadership role within a collaborative studio setting on series or film projects.Extensive experience with both 3D design and modeling, as well as a strong secondary focus on 2D design.Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard software, including :Unreal EngineBlenderMayaDemonstrated proficiency with traditional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects and a variety of animation and VFX styles.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.A keen eye for aesthetics, strong storytelling instincts, and a passion for crafting visually stunning content.
