Position Summary
EarnIn is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through strategic lead generation and qualification. The ideal candidate is adept at identifying new business opportunities through market analysis, cold calling, and email campaigns. They are proficient in using CRM software to manage pipelines and maintain accurate client databases, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team. This individual possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term, trusting relationships with potential clients, and seeks to leverage a strong work ethic and competitive drive to contribute to the company's growth. This is a hybrid position, 2 days / week in our Mountain View, CA HQ office. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000 - $170,000 + OTE + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
