We are assisting a global business services company in hiring a Senior Manager of HR Operations to lead HR strategy and operations across U.S. locations and support global HR governance.
Base pay range : $145,000.00 / yr - $165,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities :
- Drive HR strategy in alignment with business goals and partner with global HR leadership.
- Oversee U.S. HR compliance, employment law adherence, and policy management.
- Lead employee relations efforts to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Manage key employee lifecycle processes : onboarding, leave administration, engagement initiatives, and offboarding.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
- Oversee internal / external audits, compliance reporting (EEO-1, Pay Equity, AAP), and HR systems controls.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and train leaders on consistent application.
Required Qualifications :
