GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION :

A Psychological Associate or Licensed Psychologist at Tatum Psychology Employment Group is dedicated to conducting comprehensive psychodiagnostics assessments that inform accurate diagnoses, individualized treatment planning, and coordinated patient care. The Psychological Associate / Licensed Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide clear and compassionate assessment feedback, and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

1. Psychological Assessment & Evaluation

• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychodiagnostics assessments.
• Conduct intake assessments, risk assessments, and diagnostic interviews as needed.

Requirements :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

1. EDUCATION : Completion of a Doctoral Degree (PhD / PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

2. LICENSURE :

For Psychological Associates – Current Registration as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology.

For Licensed Psychologists – Current California Psychologist license in good standing.

3. RELATED EXPERIENCE : Experience conducting psychodiagnostics assessments in clinical settings.

4. OTHER EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED : One (1) year of experience in behavioral health or related field.
