Job Title : Box Build Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Box Build Assembler to perform box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions. This role involves mechanical and electronic assembly operations, including the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques.
  • Conduct electronic assembly operations such as the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components.
  • Set up and use tools and equipment in the box build area.
  • Escalate quality issues to a leader.
  • Maintain 5S and discipline in the working area.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in assembly, PCB, box build, and cable assembly.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform surface mount and PCB assembly.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
