We're working with a respected public agency in the Madison area to fill a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a background in finance or accounting to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and ensure timely reporting
• Assist with payroll compliance and documentation
• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Managing lock box payments, processing payments.
• Support internal teams with financial reporting and recordkeeping
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all financial functions
