• Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
• Configure and install common applications and install / remove desktop PCs and monitors.
• Possess remote take-over skills (a plus).
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Have break / fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments.
• Possess experience in deskside support, remote / CTS support, SCCM, Windows, incident management, IMAC, VDI, SW / break / fix, and the ability to solve tickets remotely while working with SCCD.
• Document procedures well and be organized.
