- What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive
- speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and deliver
- individualized treatment plans
- for pediatric clients
- Work with a variety of conditions including
- Autism, AAC needs, and feeding challenges
- (preferred but not required)
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT, ABA)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our user-friendly EMR system
- Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing professional development
- What You'll Bring
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- (required)
- Medicaid Provider status
- (or eligibility)
- SLP License in the State of Florida
- (required)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
- Passion for helping children unlock their potential (required)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with
- Autism, AAC, or feeding therapy
- is a plus, but not required
- A positive, proactive approach to pediatric care
- Schedule
- Full-time | 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Optional Saturday hours are available for those who prefer an extended or flexible workweek
