Job Summary
JobsRus.com is now hiring full-time General Labor / Pallet Builders for a manufacturing client in Schaumburg. No experience required — training is provided!
This position is physically active and supports the production process through material handling, machine assistance, assembly, and maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
Responsibilities
Material Handling : Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment using pallet jacks, forklifts (once trained), or manual lifting.
Production Assistance : Assist with assembly line tasks, packaging finished products, and basic machine operations under supervision.
Workplace Maintenance : Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Safety Compliance : Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and report hazards.
Team Support : Assist machine operators, maintenance staff, and skilled workers as needed.
Qualifications
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Attention to detail for quality checks and following instructions.
Willingness to learn basic machinery and equipment (training provided).
