Senior Design Technologist

A company is looking for a Senior Design Technologist specializing in Confluence Mobile & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the design of innovative experiences for Confluence, focusing on collaboration in an AI and mobile-first world

Build advanced interactive prototypes using Figma and modern JavaScript frameworks, rapidly exploring and validating design concepts

Collaborate with engineers to clarify technical requirements and ensure smooth handoff from design to development

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in design technology, prototyping, and front-end development

Expertise in React, JavaScript frameworks, and modern prototyping tools such as Figma

Ability to bridge design and engineering in evolving technology environments

Interest or experience in AI / ML, motion, accessibility, and emerging UI frameworks is a plus

Track record of improving design processes and methodologies to enhance team impact
