You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

Your day-to-day :

  • Design and scale new Oxylabs dashboard and web product.
  • Work together with the design team to maintain Oxylabs Design System.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Product and Development teams to join efforts on building Oxylabs products.
  • Gather and suggest insights to create a more visually pleasing and more convertible Oxylabs website.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with potential clients.
  • Gather and suggest ideas on how to optimize and increase productivity in the design workflow.
  • Guide the team using user-centered design principles.
  • Suggest help and get help from other designers to share knowledge across the design team.

Your skills & experience :

  • 3 years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX and UI work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma.
  • Advanced understanding of design systems and their application.
  • Strong UI and visual design skills, with a good eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with common UX patterns.
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.
  • Working knowledge of user research processes and methodologies.
  • Systemic thinker with the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong capability in standard product design processes, with the maturity to select appropriate methods for each project.
  • Experience with SaaS, analytical tools, or dashboard projects (preferred).
  • A sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Nice to have :

  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
  • Experience in Webflow website development.
  • Familiarity with technical products.

    • Salary :

  • Gross salary : 3100 – 4500 EUR / month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
